D/Vision Lab Awarded the Cascade Funding of Spoke 1 in the Anthem Project

We are excited to announce that D/Vision Lab has been selected as one of the beneficiaries of the Cascade Funding of Spoke 1 in the Anthem Project – Advanced Technologies for Human-Centred Medicine, promoted by the University of Bergamo and funded under the PNC (National Complementary Plan).

Our project, called TAVI-TEC, aims to revolutionize the planning of TAVI (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation) procedures by integrating:

  • Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) to enhance preoperative visualization and analysis.
  • Web-based technologies for the development of an interactive and user-friendly platform.
  • Advanced computational models and AI to optimize clinical outcomes.

Through this initiative, we will collaborate with prestigious academic and hospital partners, including the University of Palermo and IRCCS ISMETT, with the goal of improving the safety and effectiveness of TAVI procedures while reducing associated risks and costs.

This achievement reinforces our commitment to applying innovative technologies in the medical sector, aligning with our mission to promote patient-centered healthcare.

Stay tuned for updates on the development of TAVI-TEC and its impact on clinical practice.
